Individual Therapy

My work is grounded in the belief that there is a deep, intuitive knowing within all of us that directs us toward healing, truth and growth. An important part of my role with you is to honour that truth, and all of the accumulating experiences that have led you to this point in your life. 

We will work together, collaboratively, to develop a safe and trusting relationship to help support you in exploring the depths of your internal world. Our work is uniquely tailored to your individual needs and aims to gently uncover and untangle the challenges that get in the way of you embodying your most authentic self, and living a life of meaning, joy and purpose.

We are social, interconnected creatures and heal best when we are in genuine connection with others. Therapy gives us the time to get to the root of your experience, to better understand it and work through it together. Whether you are feeling anxious, alone, depressed or stuck, therapy can provide a warm, nonjudgemental space that welcomes all parts of your being with compassion and curiosity.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can be an incredibly effective step to take toward changing painful dynamics in the relationship. My role with couples is both active and honest, as I hold the relationship equally with compassion as well as curious challenge. In therapy we acknowledge the importance of understanding the ways that our own upbringing has shaped our patterns and assumptions about relationships. We also acknowledge the importance of staying in the "here and now"— while creating the intentions and doing the work to get to where we want to be.

 

I provide a safe place for you to explore approaching conflict differently and connecting with one another deeply. I will work with you to help clarify relationship dynamics so we can get to the core of what is blocking connection. This work provides you with new skills for more effectively communicating your needs, listening mindfully, and responding authentically.

Online therapy for Individuals & Couples

Working therapeutically online can be an effective option for clients who cannot access in-person therapy. This is an opportunity for clients to receive the support and care of therapy while remaining in the safety and comfort of their own homes. 

ONLINE THERAPY & COVID

To align with the circumstances and concerns surrounding Covid-19, my aim is to offer therapy in a safe and ethically responsible way.

For many of us, this time has been marked by stress, grief, overwhelming anxiety and increasing tensions. In times of transitions it is important to practice self-care. Therapy can help.
